Yesterday in Yarmouth

Sunday, I had the privilege of photographing the 3d annual jazz brunch and auction for the Independence House in Hyannis. This great organization helps women and children involved in abusive relationships to become independent by creating safe havens and offering many needed services. They had a wonderful turn out of over 175 people all for a good cause!Dr. Renee Sherwood, Auctioneer John Terrio, Anastasia Welsh Perrino

Mystic Connecticut

Michael is a little worn out!

We just returned from Mystic. What a beautiful little town with such character. We are so lucky to know such great families who helped us create memories we will have forever. I love that we are lucky enough to be able to do such fun things with our children!

Just a few recent photos I wanted to share. The village of sand is my favorite.

a few things...

First, I have to say that the Scargo School auction was a fantastic success! Many thanks to my family members and friends that came out and supported such a great little school. We raised over $3,000 more this year than last year. A huge thank you to all the board members and especially Susan and Allison! It couldn't have been done without you!
It's official, I am back full force. I usually get seasonal lows and have to admit that I am glad to put the camera down for a few weeks. With the sun shining and the colors blooming, I am inspired. It feels good to have my camera back in hand!
I will post a few photos here and there as I take them.
I shot this one of Avery the other day while she dressed for ballet.
