Shipping Up To Boston!
Last night Mike, Andy, Jenn and I went to the grand opening of McGreevy's sports Bar in Boston. Ken Casey (the lead singer of the Dropkick Murphy's) is a friend of Mike. He had invited us to this exclusive party and we were lucky enough to meet Jonathan Papelbon too. What a nice guy! We were a bit star struck, can you tell?
Boy, do we know how to have a good time!

Mrs. Stewart
Avery had a wonderful first grade teacher this year who is retiring after 34 years of teaching in the Yarmouth Elementary schools. What a kind, loving woman she is. One of those teachers that you remember all of your life. Funny part is, she was my kindergarten teacher many, many years ago. Thank you, Mrs. Stewart for making a difference in so many lives.

Baltimore!
Michael with his "rally cap". (it didn't work) However, he did get a baseball from one of the players right off the field. It was very exciting!
Watching the Sox warm up.
We never know what to get Mike for Fathers Day. So, this year instead of the same old Red Sox shirt, or tickets to Fenway we surpised him with tickets Camden Yards to see the Orioles play the Red Sox! Although it was a very long ride with many "are we there yets??" We arrived in once piece.
The City is beautiful, especially on the waterfront. We rode in a dragon paddleboat, went to see all the wonderful and exotic animals in the aquarium, ate in some terrific restaurants and saw the Red Sox lose to the Baltimore Orioles. I was amazed to see how many Boston fans were in the city. I have to say, that I am quite sure there were more Red Sox fans around than Orioles. We felt right at home. What a amazing family vacation.
I think Mike's highlight might have been dining at PF Chang's and sitting right next to Mike Timlin. (pitcher for the Sox) We could hardly keep his attention through the entire meal. The following day, Tim Wakefield enjoyed his lunch with us at The Cheesecake Factory. What a thrill!
Happy Fathers Day Mike, We LOVE you!
A cute little frog at the aquarium.

Do you think she likes the SOX? The kids and I got such a kick out of this lady with all of her Wally the Green Monster gear, we couldn't resist asking for a photo!
