Good Friends!

One of my best friends from childhood was married tonight in Dennis. Although the wedding was to be held on Howes Street beach, mother nature had other plans. Instead, the ceremony was held at the Dennis Inn and was very beautiful. Anne and Garen now live in Minnesota and we don't see each other nearly enough! I was happy to be a part of their special day. Congratulations to you both! We love you!!

Harborview Beach

Tonight I met with some of my favorite repeat customers at Harborview in Dennis. It's was so great to see them and their children again this year. This time around I was fortune enough to meet all their fun cousins too. What beautiful children. Although the clouds were lingering above, we got it done! I always enjoy my time with this family!

Maine

It was a brief but fun filled mini vacation to Augusta this past weekend. Each of Mike's brothers and their families came to visit Nan and Gramp so it was a nice reunion of all the children and grandchildren. We ate lobster, water-skied, enjoyed a few bonfires, and had our daily happy hour! We look forward to this vacation all year. It is so nice to be together with family. We are very lucky!

Old friends

Last week, Michael took the YD baseball clinic with about 200 other children. He was on a team of approximately 20 kids and befriended a little boy named Hunter. It didn't occur to me until the last day that Hunter was a child of an old friend of our family that we hadn't seen in years. I found it so unbelievable that out of all the children there, these two kids connected.
So... we invited them for a cookout complete with smores. It was so nice to reconnect with them!

Thursday in Dennis

These very nice people come from Scotland every other year to visit their family here on the Cape. We had a beautiful night and I really enjoyed my time with them.

A lovely couple

Yesterday afternoon I photographed this wedding at Sesuit Harbor in East Dennis. The entire week there was a threat for rain. Not a drop appeared! It was the most gorgeous evening on my most favorite beach! The fact the the couple and their families were just lovely people made it perfect. Congratulations Scott and Kim!
